Enlightenment part 4

Enlightenment part 3

Lines also formed to catch a glimpse of his Holiness. Again, very polite. No shoving, just bad vibes sent when you cut in front...like, 'oh, I'll get you in my NEXT life!"

Enlightenment part 2

Scalping was still a common sport. But they were much more polite about it. Instead of the usual, "where's my fuc**g tix a-hole?" it was 'blessed self, One is the number of the day. Let's strive for this together."

Closer to Enlightenment

On a crisp Fall day, I made my way to Radio City Music Hall. It was one of those strange trips where I traded my pumps for an alpaca sweater and my New York 'tude for an enlightened state of mind. I've heard that in the presence of enlightened beings, the vibration of where they are is lifted merely by their presence. I don't know if I can prove it, but this photo was an indication of something powerful.

Or maybe it was just my camera. In either case...I went about to meet the Dalai Lama. I've actually seen him before, but I was hoping to catch his teachings.

What is nirvana?

I was in the Catskills. Chillin. How do people do it? Live outside of a 2 block radius of Starbucks? Yet, there I was...chillin with my druggy friends in the most pristine of environments. A monastary/ashram. They call it a yoga ranch so that you won't be freaked out.
I'd like to show you a pix, but this computer is taking for-ev-er.
I'm on a quest...to change the way people see the world through comedy. I figure an ashram is as good a place as any to start. So. Ummm. How about that Gita? eh? Bible? no? No takers? Ok.
I went on a yoga retreat, but instead of working out, I found the sunlight of the spirit. Now, if that's not funny, I don't know what is.

Professionalism

Restraint of tongue and pen. That's all I'm going to say for now.
